About Sugar Plant Project

The main manufacturing facility of Ashoka Machine Tools Corporation is located in the industrial region of Greater Noida. Det Norske Veritas of Netherlands approved facility by ISO 9001:2008 standard. The facilities including in the facility spread across 4 acres of land include everything needed to carry out welding, assembly, testing, packaging and administration. The machines and equipment installed in the facility are heavy floor borers, milling machines, large capacity gear hobbing machines, vertical turret lathes, automatic plate cutting and welding equipment. Electric overhead cranes can lift at capacity from a few kilogram to 75 MT.

Modern and internationally recognized testing equipment and instruments are used at the testing facility. Non-destructive testing is carried out including ultrasonic test (UST), radiographic test (RT), bend test, chemical test, mechanical test, dimensional inspection, magnetic particle test (MPI), developer penetration test (DP), etc.
